Terms of Use & Editorial Guidelines

VLE customers' websites are expected to comply with the following editorial guidelines within seven days of account activation. Customers' websites who do not comply with the editorial guidelines after seven days will be notified and then given an additional five days before the account will be suspended. Websites may not contain altered VLE code other than modifications that are directly granted within and/or from MyVLE.

The following are not allowed as active links with the VLE network:

  1. Websites that contain pornography of any type.
  2. Websites that are deemed as "link farms." A link farm is defined as a page with nothing more than links. Can be considered spamming.
  3. Websites that promote any type of illegal activity or link to other websites that promote illegal activity.
  4. Websites with pop-ups or pop-under's or excessive 3rd party advertising.
  5. Websites with too many broken links.
  6. Title and descriptions must be relevant to the content of the site they are linked to.

Link Network Rules:

  1. Websites must have a link on the home page readable by the human eye to the "vle_links" page.
  2. Title and descriptions must be appropriate and relevant to site content.
  3. The "vle_links" page must be placed in one domain per link purchase. If code is found to be placed within multiple domains per 1 (one) purchased link,, customers' links will be removed indefinitely.

VLE has the right at any time for any reason to suspend or disable any customers' accounts without prior notice. All terms, rules and requirements stated herein are subject to change at anytime without notice.
